First day my toes hit the door stopper, ask front desk if there is any hospital still open during summer vacation, the guy said there is no good hospital still open. Then we went to an clinic close by, it takes more than 3 hours to take X-ray. That’s ok ，it’s summer vacation, just want to make sure if I was fracture or not. The results shows my toes was fracture…. When we back to hotel almost near 4pm, my husband ask front desk staffs please change the towels.( if you don’t need room clean ，you still need call front desk to change the towels) THEN a guy suddenly said “I already checked, if the door stopper was broken, that’s means it is our fault, but your room stoppers without any issue, then we don’t have any responsibilities for you.” ??? From beginning to the end, my husband said NOTHING about responsibility! That’s makes us feel so uncomfortable. He was so RUDE with bad manners. Also other front desk members talking loudly when we have breakfast. I can clearly hear every word they said. I feel I was at beach party…..

This was one of my more favourite hotels during my last stay in Japan. The rooms, including the bathroom, are a bit larger (not by much) than standard Japanese hotels. The breakfast buffet is worth it! Good selection between a more traditional breakfast as well as 'western' items. Across the street is a department store (Yodobashi and Lala), as well as restaurants and convenience stores in the JR Utsunomiya station adjacent to the hotel .

Good Hotel for the price vs room size. Wifi is free. It is convenient for Transport as it is adjacent to the railway line (no you cannot really hear the trains to be a distraction even the bullet) Reception is always helpful. Breakfast is not that great, however as you are given vouchers for each day of your stay to use, these can be saved up to use for an evening meal. (i.e. x3 vouchers = Meal and a side plus a beer)

Convenience and size of rooms for a business hotel can't be beat. Separate wi-fi for each room. The halls feel like an office building rather than a hotel, but the place is dead quiet. The only big problem is breakfast is really not as good as other similar hotels -- was a bit surprised and disappointed.

I stayed in R Mets hotel during my visit to utsunomia, it is directly connected utsunomia railway station and bus stand. Rooms were clean. Rooms service was regular. But I did not find more options in breakfast.

This hotel is connect with train station. Room space is spacious comparing to other business hotel. Inhouse facilities are what you need and adequate.

I always stay this hotel when I'm at UTSUNOMIYA. It's the most close hotel at station,but not crowded.I can get feeling like quiet and comfortable,so I always have the relax time.
